LED UV curing equipment is a kind of emerging UV technology.
The difference between it and ordinary UV is:
1. Power saving: The power of LED is relatively small, and it is generally calculated in W, while for ordinary UV lamps, it is KW;
2. Space saving: There are more electrical components attached to ordinary UV lamps, and its high power and relatively large heat production requires matching heat dissipation components. LEDs are relatively simple, just a trigger system and a relatively small heat spreading system ;
3. Concentrated energy bands: the general UV lamp emits almost 30% of the IR, and the UV content of the LED is relatively high, and the minimum content is 85%.

There are also disadvantages:
1. If you want to change the LED UV, you must test the machine first. The band of the LED UV is different from the ordinary ones. At present, the most common ones are 395nm, the ordinary ones are 365 (mercury lamp/mercury lamp), and the lesser ones have 420 ( Halogen lamp) 417 (gallium lamp) these, so you need to test whether the LED can dry your ink or paint, then if you want to change the ink, you need to consider that changing the 395 ink is more expensive, and there are not many domestic ones. I heard Hanghua is making 395 ink, which should be on the market;
2. LED is not suitable for large area;
3. LED is much more expensive than ordinary UV, and it accounts for the cost investment.
